These seem pretty effective. I used to have issues getting UTI's for whatever reason and since taking these for the last few years, they have drastically reduced in frequency. They taste horrible if they open otherwise flavorless and easy to swallow with a gel cap texture. All in all, worth a try for the cost if you have same similar troubles. Read more

Works amazing I always take one before and after a period but beware it will jumpstart your period works a lil tooo well but love it because it just make me feel clean and healthy great taste also I don’t particularly like cranberry but it’s good.
