These seem pretty effective. I used to have issues getting UTI's for whatever reason and since taking these for the last few years, they have drastically reduced in frequency. Works amazing I always take one before and after a period but beware it will jumpstart your period works a lil tooo well but love it because it just make me feel clean and healthy great taste also I don’t particularly like cranberry but it’s good.
