That's no exaggeration; this is truly one of the most comfortable skirts I've ever owned. It's a combination of free flowing and form fitting because it's not completely restricted on its construction. Due to the material that it's made from (I'm going to guess soft cotton?), the construction of this skirt is meant to be semi free flow for you to move around in while retaining its form. This is a very stylish skirt, and can go with either a formal or informal setting, depending on your mood. One thing to add about this is it's not see-through. There's the longer outer part of the skirt (goes as far as mid calf), and there's the shorter inner skirt underneath (knee length), so that makes the skirt not see-through at all. If you want a skirt that goes from work to play, this is it. It has the perfect amount of rouching on the sides to look fitted, and it flares at the bottom with a loose slitted style. It just pulls on. No buttons or zippers. Perfect for a busy lifestyle. Very comfortable and the blue is a deep rich navy color that won't bleed in the wash. I got this for my wife because it's the kind of skirt that would really flatter her figure and I was stoked to get it delivered. And it's just as advertised - comfortable, stretchy, thick (opaque) and a great length for summer wear. But it was the ruching that really made a difference, turning a very good skirt into an awkward fit that was bound to change as she walked around and put it through the everyday wear of casual/cozy clothes.
