What I love most is how durable it is—my dog is a strong chewer, and this toy has held up through tugging, chasing, and lots of chewing without losing its shape. The Baba Buddies Natural Rubber Durable Dog Toy is definitely durable and held up well while my dogs initially showed interest in it. That said, the interest didn’t last long. I’m not sure if it’s the texture or the flavor, but even my dog who aggressively chews and goes after every toy didn’t really engage with this one after a short time. I also never heard the squeaker during play, so I’m not sure if it’s very noticeable or effective. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t a hit with my dogs. That doesn’t mean it won’t work for others, and it may still be worth the cost for dogs who enjoy this type of toy and holds up well. The size was very appropriate for my dogs one on the large side of medium and one on the smaller side of medium. Because my dogs lost interest so quickly, I can’t give it a full 5-star rating but the durability itself is solid, had it held their interest I feel this toy would be perfect. Read more

This did not live up to my expectations. My dog laid down and chewed on it for about 3 minutes, and hasn't gone back to it since. I didn't even know it squeaked until I picked it up to put it in my dog's toy box last night. She was not interested in this at all. It is heavier than I was expecting it to be. I don't know if that's a factor in her disinterest, but thought I'd mention it. It is natural rubber, so I guess I should have known it'd be heavier. Overall, I think it'd be a fine chew toy for any dog, but my dog has zero interest in it. Read more
