In order to get the front piece off you have to get a screwdriver to pop out the bottons on the side they are impossible to get out just with your fingers…. And with the front piece off the sides do not stay in so when I went to put my son in the bathtub seat, it completely fell apart and he got dunked and flew back in the water.
