We almost filled it all the way up and it was still standing strong. The size, width, and height are just perfect for a 6-months-old baby or even older. I purchased this collapsible basin primarily to use as a dedicated bath for my dog. While the material itself feels durable and I appreciate the included accessories—like the cat-shaped rinse cup and the mesh storage pockets—I’ve run into some frustrating structural issues that make it difficult to use, regardless of the application. The main problem is that the sides don’t seem sturdy enough to hold their shape once filled. It constantly feels like it wants to collapse on itself, which causes the water to sit unevenly. This instability makes it a struggle to keep the basin upright and functional while trying to wash my dog. I like the concept and the portability of the folding design, but without better reinforcement on the walls to prevent buckling, it’s not as reliable as I hoped.
