This is a terrific starter set. It comes with 4 onsies (1 long sleeve and 3 short sleeve), 1 whole-body PJ with zipper, 3 sets of mittens, 1 cap, 3 burp clothes, and 3 wash clothes. All of the onesies have the snap buttons at the bottom for easy opening to change diapers. The short-sleeve ones have overlapping shoulder parts to easily fit over the head. The long-sleeve one has buttons on the side that open all the way to the head so there not need to fit over the head. The zippered PJ does not have snap buttons at the bottom. It does zip down to the shin area. But, it's harder to change diapers since you would have to pull out the other leg as well. Everything is made of 100% cotton, which is nice and soft. First: this set is actually certified organic and bears proper labeling that indicates that. The vast majority of textile products (baby or otherwise) that claim to be organic aren’t. It’s essential to verify their organic claims by using the GOTS website database to confirm that the certificate number printed on the packaging (not just provided on the product listing) is for their brand (not stealing another brand’s — e.g. their supplier), for the right kinds of products, and isn’t expired. Otherwise, they’re just selling you conventional clothes at organic prices. No brand’s assurances are good enough to make up for a lack of certification. And OCS or OEKO-TEX are not certification of an organic finished product. GOTS is currently the only option for full supply chain certification of an organic textile product. I’ve verified Butterblu’s GOTS certification on the GOTS website (and you can too). This set is absolutely wonderful. New parents would love to receive such a nice variety of essentials. I was impressed to see the spread pleasantly laid out in the box, not just packed in or thrown in haphazardly. It’s truly ready to gift, and with the ribbon you really don’t even need to wrap it if you’re in a rush. It’s hard to get good pictures of it without messing up the presentation, and I’m planning on saving this as a gift to have on-hand. But I’ve bought many, many Butterblu products and the few that I pulled out of this set absolutely uphold the usual great quality of their garments. Okay, you arrived in the reviews after surviving the sticker shock and realizing "ok, simple math, if it were $100 and there were 20 items, that's $5 an item!" (It's only $90 and there are 19, so really $4.73 or so, but simple math wins every day). Though I'm saving the surprise for Christmas morning and the wee one hasn't tried them on yet, I took everything out and thoroughly inspected it - there isn't a single item in there worth LESS than $5... So, yeah, this is an incredible value for the money. The quality of the materials is amazing. Everything is soft and snuggly and it contains all the little bits that people NEVER gift, because onesies and rompers are more fun to give than mittens. I'm weird about stitching and feel the inside stitches on EVERYTHING as I wouldn't want to wear something with pokey threads! Every stitch is tight, every thread is trimmed. The level of workmanship on these shows a high level of standards from this company. And all of this leaves out the most obvious - it's all so pretty and MATCHES as the entire set was DESIGNED to go together, not cobbled together in a shopping cart. The hues are EXACT, the textures complimentary - it all just WORKS. So, yeah, if you have a whole fleet of grandkids, a $90 present may be a hard pill... but, they are only tiny ONCE and the good news is, the next phase is the one where they prefer the box over what's inside anyhow.
