I got this off a recommendation from my hair stylist friend. This is a great product and I love how the sides are metal, not plastic. The only thing that really makes no sense to me is where the buttons are located. There’s no way to use this thing without your hand covering the buttons and/or pressing them involuntarily. I’ve turned this off by accident simply because my fingers squeezed too hard when I was twisting it. Very annoying. Recommend putting buttons on the underside where no one will accidentally press.
