Unlike the other one I ordered, this one has different sizes and large one works great for me. The back support keep your back straight up when wearing it, and shoulder strip pull the shoulder back, doesn’t feel uncomfortable when wearing it as the others did. Highly recommended. Read more

Spending so much of my time in front of a computer has made it more difficult to maintain a good posture, and it's not good for my back either. In the past, I bought a back brace similar to this one, with posture correction straps for my shoulders. That one was not a success for me. This Posture Corrector works so much better - it comes with adjustable fasteners you can customize to your height and body shape. It reminds me when I'm slouching, and helps hold my back in the correct upright position. I'm pleased with both the comfort and the support without causing any pain or discomfort to my shoulders. And my back pain is relieved so much better. It says to wear it for about 2 hours every day for a month. I find it easy enough to wear it for 6 hours or more when I'm working on the computer and phone. However, they suggest that your body needs breaks to avoid muscle dependency and to allow natural strengthening. I'm not given to regularly review with 5 stars, but this brace deserves it in my estimation. Be sure to measure your waist. The size chart is in one of the pictures on this listing. I wear it over a thin t-shirt to protect my skin from any rubbing or irritation, but you can wear it under your clothing as well.
