Ordered this back brace because of the great reviews however I don’t feel that way. Wore it the first day I received it to work. Comfortability is a big fat zero to me. My shoulder straps digs into your underarms. The back brace rides up and I didn’t material isn’t soft or skin friendly. I wouldn’t recommend wearing under your clothes. Read more

This brace is extremely supportive and really well made. It comes in a nice mesh storage brace drawstring bag, and is fully adjustable in both the arm straps and around the waist for a perfect fit. The instructions do show you how to adjust it and I’m glad it actually tells you not to wear it too long (1-2 hours at first) while you get used to it. It was so instantly comfortable and helped my posture so much right away that I would have left it on all day if left to my own devices. I sit at a computer all day and am the slouching queen, with all the nerve pinches and muscle pain that comes with that. No joke, this made my back feel better immediately on putting it on and now I wear it every single day, and have found that it’s helping train me to sit better even when I don’t have it on.
