The GymCope Back Wheel Foam Rollers are at a good price point, especially for the pack of 4. I never found the smallest two sizes to be beneficial for me, but I know others enjoy using the smaller ones for neck and legs. I personally enjoyed the stretch that I got from the largest size roller. They are fairly easy to use, but you need to take your time situating it and lining up your back just right. I got in a hurry and the largest size roller size turned over…let me tell you, the unpadded edges hurt when your back lands on them!! Time will tell, but they seem to be made of high quality materials. I think with the variety of sizes in the set, they will get a lot of use from various family members. Read more
I selected the 4 pack set of these foam rollers, and it contains a 4, 6, 10, and 13 inch wheel. The 4 inch provides compact pressure to treat calves, neck, and small knots; the 6 inch is noted as being for the upper back and shoulder areas; the 10 inch is ideal for tight muscles and back release; the 13 inch is ideal for spine stretching and states it’s best for beginners new to using these rollers. The rollers are very sturdy and indicated as supporting up to 500 lbs. They look like miniature tires with tire tread, and they do have a bit of a rubbery type odor, it’s not super strong, but enough that I choose to drape a bar towel over them when in use as a precaution to make sure my clothing doesn’t pickup any rubbery/plasticky smells. They’re solid and a bit heavy, not overly so, they can still be maneuvered with, but I was surprised that they had some weight to them – more than I’d anticipated for this type of item by the looks of the rollers alone. The tread on each roller provides anti-slip grip, so they stay put without worries of rolling off of them. I like the color combo with mint-green interior and black tire tread exteriors. They look modern for workout equipment. As to functionality, they roll smoothly and aren’t uncomfortable to lay on or use. They do indeed help me stretch out my spine and back, as someone with back tightness concerns due to past car accidents. I also like that I can use one of the smaller rollers to lean on behind my spine/back when sitting in my office chair…provides great relief, best lumbar support than any office chair back pillow I’ve ever had. Although they can be nested together, there isn’t any sort of bag or storage container…they’re just open and sit wherever placed. Their construction seems high quality, and like they should last for years. Overall, it seems like they’ll be useful in my workouts and daily in my office to help relieve back tension and make my office chair more comfortable. The price point is inexpensive for the quality of these rollers, particularly being a 4-pack. Read more
These set of four, nesting, back wheel foam rollers are perfect for tense muscles. Each size roller has its own purpose, and targets different muscle groups. For instance, the smallest wheel is perfect for spasms and tension in my neck and upper back. And, the largest roller wheel gently stretches and elongates my entire spine, keeping it aligned. The smaller wheel is just the right size to travel with and doesn’t take up much space in my suitcase or gym bag. I’ve tried similar wheel foam rollers in the past, but this set seems sturdier than the others. They don’t bow or compress with extra weight. The non-slip foam is thick, soft yet firm, and comfortable on my back. I love how the foam is indented in the center, so it’s easy to stay centered and balanced. These rollers seem wider than others. The extra width increases their stability and reduces the chance of wobbling and falling off. So, they are perfect for beginners. I use these GymCope neck and back rollers every day. They’re now part of my daily fitness routine. So far, I’ve reduced the number of times I see my chiropractor. They seem to improve my posture, reduce pain, and reduce tension and spasms in my neck and back. Overall, I’m impressed with these high-quality neck and back foam rollers. For about $48, they are a good value, and well worth the price. Read more
