I love this backpack. It is the perfect size for me. I like that the straps are easy to adjust. The padding keeps it comfortable to wear. It holds a lot! I was amazed how many clothes, essentials etc I could get in this backpack. I love all the different pockets and it is made of high quality materials. Broken buckle after two months of use
UPDATE: After seeing my review, the seller reached out to me to offer either a partial refund, of $20, or a replacement backpack. We opted for the backpack, as I still haven't replaced the original. I'll update again in the future if the second bag has any issues. Hopefully it was a one-time defect as can happen in manufacturing of all kinds. Great customer service, and the seller was very easy to work with! Purchased this for my daughter who has a school-issued laptop she's required to bring to school and back home daily. She said the padded straps were comfortable despite the weight of her books and computer. The number of pockets was also really nice. However...It was great for ONLY two months, until one of the plastic strap buckles snapped off when she picked it up to put on her shoulders at the end of the school day. I'm pretty disappointed that we're out almost $30 and need to replace it already! Read more
Best for adults and older kids
We bought this for our kindergartener because they said he needed a full size backpack. It's great and very durable with lots of pockets and room for different things. Plus it's sleek and stylish. He says it's comfortable but it's definitely too big for him. By a lot. The only thing that I find annoying is when he has a water bottle and bentgo inside, the straps loosen themselves. Easy fix though, we just tied knots by the part where you adjust them. Overall it's a good value for the money, just maybe for older kids or adults. Read more
