I was aware of this for my husband and I and all of the sudden realized that the children's feet were angled wrong with flat insoles--they just weren't complaining because they don't have bad backs and knees yet! May be too big of an arch for a toddler

They send the product in a very timely manner, but the arch is very high for a toddler (2.5 y/o, size 7 toddler, server’s disease)- may work great for a larger child or adult. I pushed through either way, hopeful this would help. However, it caused my child to limp within a couple of hours and it shouldn’t be that way. She has used braces with orthopedic shoes and didn’t cause that. Read more

Both of my kids have flat feet and it is hard to watch them walk sometimes. This is the reason why I decided to try those inserts. I got them both new shoes that are a bit bigger, so that insert and foot have enough space. In the beginning, both of them said that it feels weird. However, they kept on walking with them and then it wasn't weird anymore. It all happened within a day. Now,their walking seems to be improved with the inserts. They seem to be well made. Soft but firm on the top, and the bottom has a strong hold to give a nice arch shape. I am sure they are going to last a while. Once they are walked through, I will happily buy new ones. So far, we made only positive experience and if they positively impact my kids feet over time, which will lead to straight legs and a better posture overall, then even better.
