I am furious at this camera. I got it because of the ease of installation but now I am totally screwed because there was an accident and I need the footage, but it has not recorded a single thing even though it’s been on the whole time. I don’t know if I was supposed to format the memory card every so often but why should I do that? That is NOT my job, that is cameras job and should do it automatically TO BEGIN WITH. I do not have time to worry about deleting footage. If I don’t need it I won’t use. It should be gone after 24 hours but no. I have footage from the first day I installed in 2024 And I need the footage to happen yesterday 2026 at an accident. Do not buy this piece of Trash. It is not reliable, even though it seems like it’s working and recording it’s not recording anything. And frankly, I would like my money back. Thank goodness, I was only a witness and this accident did not happen to me because I would probably try to find a way to hold this company liable for screwing me over royally.
