⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought two of these Baggallini convertible backpack slings for our travels —a silver one for myself and a black one for my husband—and we love them! He loves to carry it as a sling bag across his back. And I like to carry mine as a backpack. The size is perfect for travel, offering just the right amount of space without being too bulky. The multiple zippered pockets help keep everything organized, and the RFID slip pocket in one of the secure compartments adds an extra layer of security for our cards. The two side pockets are incredibly versatile; they can hold a water bottle or an umbrella, with zippers that adjust to fit larger bottles. We also appreciate the convertible design, which allows the bag to be worn as a front or back carry, crossbody, or backpack. This flexibility makes it perfect for any travel situation. And in spite of carrying a lot of stuff in mine, at the end of the day, my shoulders and back did not hurt at all!! Highly recommend! Note: for reference, I am 5’1” and 110 lbs. This is the fifth Baggalini I have purchased. I have purchased other backpacks, totes, as well as regular purses and this one falls short of the design quality I have grown to expect. It is ill designed and ill fitting. Love the size and color, that is about it. Read more

I own several purses/bags from this name brand and I was surprised at how large this one is. This small sling/backpack is made of water-resistant fabric which I tested. I ran it under the faucet and the inside stayed dry. There is good organization as the front zipper section has an area for 5 credit cards with RFID protection, two small pockets and an inner zip pocket for money or valuables. Also in the front is a small front zipper and a hidden pocket for your phone. The largest pocket can hold an iPad, a Kindle Fire and other essentials. I especially like the two side pockets can hold a bottle of water or a travel umbrella. There is a zipper on each of these side pockets so they can be expanded if needed. The straps can be switched from one side to the other so you can turn this bag into a sling or shoulder bag by tucking one of the straps into the provided pocket. At the bottom is a small slit to tuck in the d-ring so it's not flapping around. I would probably not recommend this for travel. The straps are not slash resistant and the zippers don't have a way to be locked so I would probably only use this for local outings and I would use it as a front pack in a crowd. Baggalini has always been a bit on the expensive side but I would say this is way overpriced compared to other bags they offer and other small backpacks/sling bags with more travel features. This is a nice smaller sized travel backpack from Baggallini. The design of this bag is well thought out. The bag is sturdy and well-constructed. The zippers all run smoothly and do not snag on any part of the backpack. This is not a full-sized backpack, but a purse sized one. It is a great bag for a full day of sightseeing. It is large enough to carry what you need for a full day, but small enough to look stylish and you won’t accidently knock anything over while wearing! I like that it is convertible can be worn as a sling bag or a backpack. I prefer sling type bags and my husband prefers backpack style. We usually trade off during the day on who is carrying our shared bag and with this bag we both can get what we prefer. When it is being used as a sling bag the top straps fit in a zipped area at the back top and the waist strap fits in a little slit pocket on the back side. All the straps can be neatly tuck away for packing this bag in a suitcase or for storing when not in use. I really like that the two water bottle pockets are expandable - open it up to fit a water bottle and leave it zipped to snuggly hold an umbrella. It has various pockets for storing your traveling needs. It does have credit card slots, but I only really use this feature for my hotel key and bandages. The passport pocket is very snug. It will only hold one passport. I love the camera slot pocket between the 2 sections of the backpack. Easy access for when you want to grab your phone for a quick photo. The large body of the bag can easily hold a jacket, travel guide and food for lunch on the go. My husband really likes this bag. It is designed for women, but it does work anybody. Read more
