I really didn't get Baggolini until I go6t one, and now I am a fan! Their bags are well designed, well made and exquisitely organized, which is especially great for those of us who aren't. I lve pockets, and so does Bagallijni. There are loads of pockets, some specialized, like the padded laptop pocket in this bag, which comfortably fit my zenbook 15, despite it being longer than the average 15.6 laptop doe to the hd screen. There are 3severalsmaller pockets which easily accommodated my large phone, 2 small exterior pockets, and 2 interior dedicated cell phone pockets. The inside is room enough to accommodate hardcover books (2-3) in addition to a laptop, or a change of clothes, your lunch.... There are 2 expandable water pockets on the side (with zipped expansion) and a key fob on the inside, wide luggage strap on back. The interior zipped pocket is as deep as the bag, and can easily hold a wallet, and phone, card case...and it is rfid, so each of your accessories doesn't need to be. It has top handles which can be snapped together, as well as adjustable, padded, backpack straps. The bag is like a Tardis ;) Roomy inside but sleek and compact outside. It's an ideal travel bag, which protects your electronics and looks like it will easily fit under the seat. It would also be a nice bag around town, or on campus. It fit everything I usually carry and my laptop and tablet, with room to spare. I tried to photograph all the features, but a black bag in poor indoor lighting does not photograph well. I hope I was able to provide a sense of the size of each of the pockets. (The larger front pocket just fir a Kindle scribe, but was a little small for my oneplus pad (Exactly the dimension of an ipad pro) but, it does fit in the inside, pocket or bag. I am afraid I had to stop the exercise of what and how much fits, because once my daily necessities were all transferred I would be packed and ready....but for informing my husband that we were taking off. The media could not be loaded. The backpack fits a 15 inch laptop. Anything larger than a 16 inch would probably be tight. I like the quality of the zippers, they aren’t too thin where I’d be worry about it getting stuck on something. This bag is nice for days when you’re traveling fairly light. The reason I only gave it 3 stars : 1. It’s unlikely I’ll carry 2 bottles at once with the style of this backpack. It would have nice to have one side be a zipper pocket or elastic closure to hold something that’s smaller than a water bottle. 2. The interior size is smaller than I’d expected. A sweater would probably take up 1/2+ of the bag, which doesn’t leave much room for random items. How the bag closes also takes away some of the available space. Read more

I bought a Chelsea Backpack last year for an upcoming trip. Chose it over a Pacsafe that was similar but I've always liked Baggallini so I went with it instead. I own several Baggallini items and have always loved them and the bags' features. The bag itself is great. Love top opening, the pockets, the organization, adjustable water bottle pockets, but the achilles heel of Baggallini bags are the shiny, slick web straps. In smaller bags and tote styles, they aren't so much of a problem. In this particular backpack, it's a huge problem. When the straps are tightened, they slip back almost immediately while you walk and allow the backpack to drop lower. Wearing a backpack tight and close to the back is the best way to avoid shoulder and back pain but with this backpack, that isn't possible for long. The other issue is that the rectangular metal piece that holds the backpack straps to the bottom of the bag turn, sometimes completely on their ends and the straps bunch up, causing it to feel even more uncomfortable. During the 10 day trip, I was constantly taking it off to readjust the straps and the connector pieces and by the end of the week, my shoulders were aching from the mis-managed weight of the bag. I didn't have it overloaded but if you wear a backpack incorrectly, that is what happens. I reached out to Baggallini back in June when I returned and they never got back to me as promised. I reached out again this week via chat and email and had call them because the promised callback never happened. I was told they would look into the issue as a possible warranty thing. I didn't want to return the bag, I didn't want a refund or a discount on the bag I already had. I wanted a fix for the issue so I could actually go back to using it. The response I got was that this is not a design flaw or a defect, how they are designed and it's just how the silky web straps interact with the hardware! It doesn't take an engineer to figure out this is designed to fail. Seriously, the message I got was, we designed it this way and while it may not actually work, it's not a flaw so deal with it. Oh and they offered me 25% off another item as an act of good will... This is the first major issue I have ever had with a Baggallini bag and my first time ever contacting them about an issue and I've been a customer for over 15 years. This longtime Baggallini customer is officially done with them. I found their response rude and dismissive and not what I would expect from a company like Baggallini. If the bag was a cheap one, I probably wouldn't care but it's a $155 bag! So the message here is, if you need a backpack that is actually adjustable, buyer beware. This is not the bag for you.
