These are made for tiny, tube-shaped women and the ankles are not nearly as wide as the picture suggests. They're made of strong fabric, would hold up nice on a farm or factory. Ladies, if you've got a nice round WOOO like a watermelon, these are not great. The XL does fit, technically, but it's a challenge pulling this elastic waist up past my ample backside and saddlebags. I'm obsessed with these pants. Remember the crazy wide legged raver pants from the 90s? This is their grown up cousin. These pants really surprised me. For fast fashion, they're made surprisingly well -- with a thick, deep black fabric that feels more expensive than it is. The material has a linen-like texture that gives them structure without being stiff, and the quality is solid all around. The wide, drawstring elastic waistband sits comfortably on the hips and actually stays put. I love the cargo pockets -- they’re roomy enough to hold everything I’d normally toss in a purse, which is a huge plus. The drawstring closures at the bottom of the pant legs are a nice touch, too. The elastic and toggles there aren’t the best quality (I had to tie off the elastic to keep it in place), but I still managed to get that perfect billowy, baggy look I was going for. They’re made from a nice clothing material that is similar to a pair of Dickies and they have multiple pockets for extra storage and style. I got a size medium and they fit perfectly. The waist band is stretchy and comforting around the hips so you won’t have to worry about them feeling like they’re going to fall off on their own. These are really comfy pants and pretty decent quality. The price isn’t too bad for what it is. I am 5’8” and 140 inches so I bought a small but it is really short on me with it ending at my ankles instead of the ground so it doesn’t look the same as in the photo when I wear it. But I think they are nice for shorter people. The amount of pockets is really nice too and how deep they are. I use pants like this when going out so I don’t have to carry a purse and I love how much I could fit without losing anything. Read more
