Bagsmart Rolling Duffle - how to resolve "tipping forward" of handles
This is a roomy bag and has a combination that I was looking - it can be carried as a duffle, or placed on the included cart with handle for easy rolling. I have always used a backpack for carry-on but at 71 and with a tendency to pack heavy, it was getting to be too much. The side pockets are larger and stretchier than most bags so should fit my larger Larq bottle. Like others have said, when placed on the cart I found the handles were "tipping" forward and felt flimsy. Upon closer inspection I found that there are sliding pieces on the bars that must be "locked" fully into the base. Once I did this, the handle was sturdy and no longer had the tipping issue. The instructions say the bottom of the bag "snaps" to the cart, but I found no snaps on the bottom of my bag. However, once loaded it does sit firmly on the cart and I do not anticipate it sliding off. There is a sleeve that slides over the handle, as well as a wrap around strap with buckly that should keep it in place. The front pocket is adequate with a few pockets, the large inside is a basically a deep shopping bag - only one PVC pocket for wet or liquid items.
