I love this bag’s size, pockets, look, everything. Perfect bag for me to throw gym clothes in for after work, to pack for a quick evening away, etc. only minor complaint is the fabric is so swishy that it’ll constantly fall off your shoulder which is kind of a pain. Honestly would have given this a 4.5 BUT hear me out, I use it every day. The only thing I wish it had was the other side of the front panels to have pockets instead of the strap. I got it in the color black. I decided to buy a new bag as mine was just not it, this one is much softer and comfortable on the shoulder. It holds a ton of stuff as well! I carry a lot of medical stuff due to my health and it holds it all so well. I find it super comfortable and use it every day. The pockets on the inside also help a lot to keep things organized.
