This 18" luggage surpasses my expectations. I initially ordered their 16-inch size, which was a disaster.It could not accept a 13" Mac, and the outside pocket for wallets etc., too short to accept the usual long wallet. The 18" is perfect. 13 Mac fits perfectly into the 2nd outside pocket and is very accessible when needed. The outside pocket is deeper and much more usable for wallet, passport, and important travel papers. It has two rather than just one narrow zipped side pocket (unlike the 16") . The handle extends well and is solid, rolls and spins very well. It is amazingly light. It is essential for me that it fits under the plane seat. This feature is clearly stated in the product details, and I took the time to read all the reviews to confirm that in fact buyers reviews confirm that it does. Would I have liked the gold zipper from the 16"? Yes, because it makes the bag look smarter! However, not much point if one can't use for the laptop, which is essential for today's traveler. Lastly I LOVE the square main section ,making it very useable versus majority of rollers, that taper at the top so that the main packing space is harder to work with. UPDATE AFTER MY FIRST TRIP. This luggage delivered on every count. My #1 concern was 'would it fit under the seat' regardless of the reviews that said it did. Window seat on SouthWest has the smallest of under seat space. This bag was perfect, very easy to put in and pull out. The wheels are SO smooth, the square main section made packing very efficient and to top it off, when totally packed, I could not believe how LIGHTWEIGHT it was. I am both very pleased and impressed. Great little bag! Bagsmart is my favorite brand for all travel bags! This little suitcase is no exception-it rolls easily and is the perfect size for a carryon. The front pocket is great for easy access items and my laptop which is cushioned and safe. It’s big enough for a 2-3 night business trip and beats carrying a heavy backpack! I just got this today, so it hasn't actually been used yet, but so far it seems close to perfect for what I need it for. I wanted something that has 4 wheels instead of two so it would be easy to walk with in the airport/train station. I also need it to fit in the overhead bin/under the seat of a United airplane, which means it needs to measure 9" x 14" x 22". As you can see, the height and length for sure won't be an issue, but the width might be - the wheels, when positioned a certain way, measure 9", but the actual body of the luggage is closer to 10" or even 10.5". I'm hoping given the soft exterior, by not stuffing it to the brim, I'll be able to squish it so it qualifies and I won't need to check it. The inside is roomy, and it has two pockets on the inside of the front, one of which is waterproof, plus another little zipper pocket attached to the straps that buckle the contents inside the main compartment. The lock feature works and there is a card that tells you how to set it, which was helpful. The handle seems like it will hold up. It has a few different settings as far as height goes. The wheels glide very smoothly over carpet and wood so far. I really like how it has two outside pockets on the front and a water bottle pocket on the side. That way I won't have to unzip the whole thing to access certain items. For less than $100 I think this will be well worth the cost. My one complaint (which was an easy fix) was that when I first tried the zipper of the larger front pocket, there was some fabric stuck in the way underneath (see pics), and it took some effort to get it open. I then had to cut the fabric away so that the zipper would open and close smoothly. Not a huge issue though. Read more

The under seat carryon seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. The material was good quality, zippers seemed sturdy, the outside drink holders were large enough to actally hold a water bottle, and I liked the way the TSA lock worked (easier to lock than on another piece of luggage I own). I travel for work and am certain this carryon would fit under the seat on any airline. Alas, I must have measured incorrectly because my laptop did not fit. Read more

Pros: it’s light and the size fits my need (for an overnight bag) Cons: the handle when fully extended clicks into place and is sturdy but when extending it only halfway, it does not ‘click and hold’ well. Instead, any slight movement will push the handle down. Not sure if I have a defective handle as I haven’t seen any reviews commenting on this. Read more
This bag travelled really well on a long flight. It had everything I needed in it for overnight. There are two large front pockets which held electronics and anything I needed during the flight was easy to grab without having to open up the entire bag. Light weight, easy to pull, telescoping handle, side pockets for smaller items-earbuds, eye glasses, tickets/passport. There is also a very clever zippered pocket as part of the tie down strap inside, so you can secure something inside the bag but not have it wiggle it’s way to the bottom when you need to retrieve it.
