This pan works extremely well. The non-stick coating is very good. Wipes clean for multiple uses before needing to go into the dishwasher only for sterilization purposes. Overall the pan is durable and works as described. It's worth the price. Read more

This pan is great for French baguettes - creates crisp, crunchy outer skin, and delicate inner crumb. But you absolutely need to use PARCHMENT PAPER. Period. Bought one 2 years ago, dough sinks a bit into tiny holes on 2nd oven rise (especially with steamy bowl of boiled water underneath), then barnacles into those holes by end of bake - often impossible to dislodge. When trying to clean THAT up - RUSTS TERRIBLY. Tried oil, spray, butter, nothing worked…bear grease (just kidding). WD-40…OK, really kidding. But bought 2nd one cuz loved shape/size/material: now ALWAYS LINE w/ PARCHMENT and just wipe clean. No soap or water It works perfectly, whole year later. Also the channel size 3” large enough for proper fat rise. Metal is nice and strong. Doesn’t sag or bend loaded with all 3 loaves of wet dough. C’est Magnifique! Read more
