It surpassed my expectations! I've only had it a few weeks, but I truly am loving it! I'm hopeful about the zippers too! They seem to be durable so far. Tired and unimpressed with the usual horizontal women’s nylon bags and totes, I decided to try a vertical bag. This is exactly what I wanted. A smart, tailored, streamlined bag with plenty of room for the essentials while retaining its sleek appearance. Very happy with this purchase. (One caveat: The bag is not exactly as depicted.
