I've order 3 times and Yes these do feel small/tight they are suppose to. ( pull the hood forward for it to be looser around the face). I wear mine snug against the back of my head which allows for the face area to have more room and I'm placing it over my hat so the brim holds the fabric away from my eyes. This works well when working out in the weather but it does narrow your field of view some. Read more
