I'm usually up before dawn at work and have to walk to work. Lack of street lights in town makes it a nervous 2.5 Mile hike. Light is very bright and easy to see and use. The elastic on the hat part feels like its been over stretched. Slight wind and the hat is blown back. Read more

This CamKix balaclava with light seems to be well made. Its just the right thickness to help keep me warm in North Florida and yet is light enough so it allows easy breathability. I like the fact that it has enough elasticity to allow me to pull either the top hat back or the whole balaclava down to my neck when going indoors. The integrated led light is bright enough to allow me to see fairly well at night and I can easily remove the led light from the balaclava to allow me to wash it or to just use the light alone. The fit isn’t the best, have to use safety pins to keep the hood of it where it’s supposed to be. The Facial part fits perfect though, so that’s the only reason why I kept it. Very breathable and keeps me warm. The light isn’t that bright, so I don’t even use it. Read more

I got this as a gift for my brother who works in the oil field/electric field/Jack of all trades. This young man absolutely adores this mask, and he says it absolutely helps. When they work later into the day he was enthusiastic to say the least, when he received this as a gift, it’s functional and works as intended and a highly recommended for anyone who is a blue-collar worker and might need a mask for winter or to wipe away sweat or to keep dust away as well as use this functional light included in the mask to be able to see. Soft, light and goes on over the head. Has a light built into the top. Mask is comfortable and has pretty good warmth. Has a nice feel and is comfortable to wear. Light is a nice touch if you're looking for something like that. Puts out adequate/good brightness and serves dual purposes. I'd give it four or five for quality and four for concept. Read more

I ordered this for my son who is a tow truck driver. He reports that this mask is perfect for his situation where he needs to go out in cold, snowy, or rainy weather and crawl under vehicles to disconnect drivelines and/or to attach tow rig equipment. The light eliminates the need to try to hold a flashlight. He said it keeps his face warm in freezing weather and it works for a whole shift (intermittent use) before he needs to recharge it.
