I've seen similar floor "mats" when I pick my vehicle up at the dealership. Nice long and wide papers to prevent the mechanic's grease from getting onto my car floorboards. With winter blowing in I wanted to be prepared. These Balacoo paper foot mats are not as large as is needed. They cover 3/4 of the flat area for any seat's occupant's feet but not enough to go upwards for the front seats or really wide for the back seats. There's very little weight to them so with a gusty day and the doors open, they blow. They aren't as thick as the ones at the dealership which stay down. These are a combo of lightweight and small size so when they aren't caught by a gust of wind, they scoot from kids stepping on them. There is a shiny side to the footprint size. They are super disposable. For my driver's side, with wet sneakers on (no heavy treaded boots) the paper "mat" is already torn up from 2 errands. For a snowy, leafy day, they were better than nothing but not by much. I'll continue to use them though. Read more
