This is a great set of stuff, and the one-inch thickness is exceptional on very hard floors. The carry strap is easy to remove and re-strap, and I ended up using all the accessories in my first workout! The blocks are nice and tough - great for balancing moves or deep push-ups, and the towels are great for everything! It was a good price for the kit. I recommend these products highly. Read more

I love how thick this mat is and the extra little mat. I roll it up and use it for my knees, as I'm older and have joint issues due to inflammatory issues and injuries through the years. I wound up getting a bag to store it all in, but I like everything in this kit. I use it daily for mobility training post back injury (gentle mat pilates and Kaisa Fit exercising) and it works really well. Much better than the thin mat I used before. Read more
