This is a great Matt The only thing I will say is it is a lot thicker and bigger than what I thought I was getting it will not fit in a gym bag. I have been using a kneeling pad for yoga because my knees hurt when I kneel down. This mat is SO much better! It's actually an inch thick- I ordered another one and sent it back because it wasn't really an inch thick. This matt is so soft and thick- had no problem kneeling at all. Lying flat was also better! It is thick, so when you roll it up, it's a lot bigger than a typical yoga mat. It comes with a velcro strap that is adjustable so you can carry it on your shoulder. I bought this to use to cushion a hard floor for a sound bath meditation. Regular mats are too thin, even doubling them up. This one will be perfect for lying down for a full hour. It’s squishy yet dense. I feel a tad unstable standing on it, so I don’t know how it would be for yoga fanatics, but for lying down, it will be much better than a thin traditional mat. The color is a very pretty dark blue grey. It comes with an easy on/off Velcro strap for toting. The mat measures 71” x 24” x 1”.
