The material offers moisture-wicking, 4-way stretch, and UPF 50+ sun protection, everything you need for a workout. It's perfect for the gym, running, hiking, or just hanging out. And, the shirt comes in a variety of fun colors. I have washed in warm water, and low tumble dry, and it looks as good as new. Absolutely love this shirt for the gym! Definitely fits true to size but has a nice loose fit to it- not oversized but nice and loose. Love the cross over design in the back which gives a nice breathability and the material is cool and moisture wicking as well!
