Cassandra says this short-sleeved sweater (technically a cardigan, but it's not what most people picture as a cardigan) is "a cute new look for spring." It has ruffles around the hem and sleeves and down the front placket. The buttons are attractive and add to the fashion, but Cassandra unbuttoned only the top one and found it very difficult; she doesn’t think it’s intended to unbutton, though it's possible if you’re patient and dexterous. It’s well-made and the material is quite soft and comfortable. (Keep in mind this is a hand-wash item.) It is a bit cropped as shown in the pictures. Cassandra intends to pair this with jeans or wear it over a sleeveless dress (if the weather is a little cool). It can be dressy or casual. This sweater is a pretty, true to size piece. It fit as expected except the crop was slightly shorter, but it’s perfect for wearing with high-waisted jeans. The color was as pictured. The buttons are kinda shiny/pearlescent. The material is very soft but hand wash only. I would only wear this as a shirt, not as a cardigan. The buttons are more for design. In real life, the ruffles on this shirt felt bigger than pictured. If you’re a fan of ruffles, I think this would be a great, lightweight and comfortable sweater for spring transition! Read more
