Think of this is almost 2 1/2 stars instead of three. It gets the job done just not very well. Scratches parts of my neck when I try to shave the bottom part of my beard. The battery life is OK definitely nothing bad there. It looks nice and has some good attachments that are easy to click on and off but for the most part if you were like me on the edge of buying something nicer like a Phillips for an extra 15 or $20 more than this, I say by the higher end. I ended up doing that anyway anyways.
