I don’t think this would be effective for truly severe diaper rash since it lacks zinc oxide, but for mild diaper rash and as an all-purpose boo-boo fixer for a fussy 3-year-old, it works well. I like the clear application and smoother feeling than plain petroleum jelly, plus the mild baby-powder scent. I’ve even used it as an anti-chafe/lip balm for myself on winter runs and it’s worked for that too. 4 stars only for difficulty of locating it plus the relatively small size, the only option available.
