These are great dress pants for this hot summer weather. The fabric, 62% Rayon,33% Polyester,5% Spandex, is thin but not see-through. It is soft but not clingy. True to size, it doesn't wrinkle easily. Laundering is easy. Machine washable and hang to dry (machine dryer is not advisable due to spandex content). I don't even press them. I like that the front looks like a button and zipper (just for show) and the back is elastic with plenty of stretch. I like the pockets for a tissue and lip balm but are really too small for a phone.
