** update** Customer care service has reached out to me about the faulty pair. I like that they care about the quality of the product that they send out and want to make things right when there is a problem. I am adjusting my review accordingly. Knowing this company will stand behind their product, I feel comfortable buying from them again as the underwear themselves are very comfortable and help with the LS symptoms. They works very well for my daughter who has lichen sclerosus. I am deducting 2 stars as they are already falling apart after a month. (The stitching is coming out.
