Bamboo Cool customer service is pitiful!
they appear to be of decent quality but mfr. does not back them very well. out of 6 pairs one sock had a manufacturing defect, a pencil size hole on top of foot area. Contacted manufacturer, this is not seller/distributor problem. sent pictures and such via email directly to Bamboo Cool. I offered to pay for lone sock to complete the pair. They said they would take care of it. apparently ignoring it was how they chose to handle it. I wonder what priority the board of directors puts on customer service! Read more
Holes in less than two months. But comfortable.
These are the least durable socks ive ever owned. I've owned this set for less than two months and most of them have or are developing holes at the ball of the foot. I only wear these around the house, to keep my feet warmer in the winter months. My flooring is a mix of tile and carpet. I have five year old socks (cotton and wool) that have survived the same treatment without this issue. Complete wate of money as now ill need to buy something to replace them after such a short period of time. I would not recommend these if durability is a concern. Read more
