The device has a USB C port on the end, covered by a plastic flap. No charging device included and it does not use the former Sonicare charging stand. It starts out less powerful than the original Sonicare. I don't know if there is a way to adjust it. Read more
This toothbrush feels really light because it's made of bamboo. And It has a good feel in my hand. But there are some issues I have with it that stop it from being 5 stars. These are the two things that stops this bamboo toothbrush from being 5 stars: 1) Is that it only comes with 2 extra heads and I can't find replacement heads that fit this toothbrush so that means I'll get at most 6 months of use which is really short. 2) The cover on the bottom for the USB port feels very flimsy and I have no confidence it will protect the port therefore it will get damaged by water or toothpaste. This toothbrush had many issues. For one, the regular setting (clean) was very aggressive. There is a sensitive setting but it won’t stay on that setting and will go straight to clean again. Second, it molded so fast. Third, it broke after a month of using it. I charged it because it stopped working then I used it for two days and it broke again. Definitely don’t recommend this at all. I've recently elevated our dental care at home by switching to sonic toothbrushes. While I'm impressed by the sleek appearance and feel of this one, I'm somewhat let down that it only has a bamboo-like design and isn't made of actual bamboo or eco-friendly plastics. However, I'm pleased to note that the brush heads seem to be bamboo. This brush offers multiple intensity settings to adjust vibration intensity for personalized cleaning and polishing.
