Finally found something narrow enough to fit in the small section left of the door opening and out of the way. Thought about the pole to shower ceiling and floor but wouldn't work because shower has curves along the edges so the pole could not fit up against the wall (would be more toward the center of shower). Fit over shower railing just fine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM!!! **** Wish the company made same width etc...... just add another 12 inches in height with another shelf for tall bottles. I was so excited and had high hopes for this shower caddy. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that the packaging was already ripped and retaped on. Then when I looked at it, I could immediately tell that the top shelf was welded on crooked and one of the vertical bars was curved. Out of curiosity to see if it was usable, I hung it on my shower wall and not only did it hang crooked, but the baskets were leaning to the point where it was completely unusable. Why would a company ship something that is obviously defective and has obviously been purchased and returned defective at least one other time before they sent it to me.?? The only good thing that came out of this was that they refunded me immediately when I dropped it off to return it. Read more

I searched for an "over the door" shower caddy that was less than 10" wide to fit the corner of my shower. This is the ONLY one I found and it DOES fit in the space! (See the photo) The fit was my most important requirement - actually my ONLY requirement. As far as over the door shower caddies go, most of the others are designed better, are more attractive, and have more options for a lower price! The "deficiencies" of this one are: 1)- The rods on the bottom of the baskets only run 1 direction allowing the shampoo bottles to tip sideways or slip through. A better design would be a grid with rods running both ways, 2)- The baskets are welded to the support rods and cannot be adjusted up or down. This can also be a plus as they cannot be knocked loose and crash to the floor like adjustable baskets / shelves. 3)- There are no special features such as hangars for your razor or a specific soap dish. 4)- It is very generic looking with no artistic flair. On the PLUS side, instead of suction cups near the bottom to attach to the glass - this rack has silicone "bumpers" that protect the glass but do not stick. This allows you to pull the rack slightly away from the glass in order to dry the glass behind the rack. Read more
