Quality spray-on sunscreen. I strongly prefer the spray-on sunscreen because it's so much easier to put on and you don't have the goopiness or slipperiness of rub-on lotions. I don't rub it in, I just spray it on and I've been well protected, even on Florida beaches in summer.
