Unlike other brands I've purchased, I love that you don't have to readjust where the strap is when you take the watch on and off. The band itself is soft and comfortable. However.. the reason for this 3 star, the clasp digs in to my wrist no matter how loose or tight I have it. I understand metal is a bit more difficult to make comfortable but ouch.
