This pasta is quite good, not too starchy (some imports are heavier and very starchy when cooked). My go-to is always Ronzoni but here in California the cost for any pasta of this brand is SO outrageous. Therefore Barilla is the one I now purchase on a regular basis. This bow tie pasta holds up well with different red sauces whether home made or your favorite brand from a jar - Marinara, meat or garden veggie.
