Great so far. They need to release a new Airone BT PRO in North America with QMK and Via support. I would also like 3.4 ghz wireless but I realize space is at a premium. Otherwise I really only have good things to say in evaluation of the existing features. I got the clicky ULP as I regretted getting the the tactile ULPs on my 1st cherry branded board. It is not a super intrusive noise as the sound of bottoming out both boards is much louder than the clicker. I prefer the Air one to both versions of the cherry. The cherry has noticeably smaller keycaps and thusly larger gaps between keys. While it’s roughly the same as a Magic Keyboard, the actuation force is higher and has more travel than the Mac scissors. It also makes it feel like the cherry branded keys are harder to press, but that is likely because you end up being inaccurate and end up striking the edges or applying force at an angle that is going to be distributed as well. Although the top face/keycap geometry of the cherry is closer to the magic board than the Airone, in practice, the geometric tweaks employed in the Airone makes you feel/percieve that the Airone is a gap bridged between the cherry and magic board. Cherry made a cool switch, but the Airone implements it better. If I had to gripe, I’d suggest maybe rounding the corners of the keycaps just slightly more and people coming from the magic board will like it even better. Read more

Very portable, but worse typing feel than a laptop's membrane keyboard. Also, the space bar is very stiff and virtually unusable. They should have put two switches under it. Read more

Great feel to this keyboard. Button reprogramming is a must, but oddly complicated. Worth it if you like ULP but need something portable. I wish there was a full size option with a Mac layout. Read more

I'm somewhat a novice when it comes to mechanical keyboards. I've built one myself from a barebones frame, have tested different types of switches, and done basic mods. I don't have enough knowledge of the different kinds of switches yet to know what all the differences are. I did choose the clicky keyboard because I was hoping for a decent amount of sound. Because it's such a low profile, it's not very loud. I type daily on an acer nitro 5 laptop, and the profile on that is low, but this keyboard is even lower. It's really comfortable to type on. The casing feels really nice and sleek. It's got a durable feel, but it's also light enough to carry around comfortably, so it's very portable. I used it with the bluetooth connection function, and it connected fairly quickly to my laptop. The connection remained stable while I used it, and I was able to write several paragraphs without any skipping or lag. I love that it comes with a nice carrying case. I couldn't find any instructions in my box, so I had to play around a bit to find some of the functions. Hopefully I will find a manual online somewhere. I normally don't like shine through keycaps, but in the case of this kind of keyboard I think they're perfect. I'd use this for writing, and sometimes I write at night, so having this type of keyboard that I can use anywhere and with different devices, it's perfect. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I have a lot of keyboards, from full-size clicky (blue) switches, to hall-effect magnetic switches and small and medium form-factors. This keyboard is the best one that I have when it comes to typing accuracy and speed. The genuine Cherry brand low-profile switches on this keyboard make typing a pleasure. I almost never miss a stroke due to a mushy key nor do I get any accidental double-strikes. The typing experience is truly divine. See the video that I uploaded to hear the typing in action. The LED lighting is impressive, too. I keep mine on solid blue, but you can choose your pattern and colors. The light shines through the key letters and it's sharp and clean. The weight of the keyboard is just right, and of course it's thin and portable. They even included a padded carrying bag. Super-bonus, there is a USB C port on the rear edge of the keyboard in two places, left and right. It seems minor, but I'm always annoyed when I have the cord draping further across my desk than necessary. My only complaint is rather annoying, but I knew it going in so no stars deducted. There's no Delete key. You can use a key combo to get the same result, but in my video editing app you need a Delete key to quickly ripple-delete a section of video. I suppose that's a rather small use case for most people. Get this keyboard and start on that novel or marathon gaming session. You won't be disappointed. Read more
