As a low-concentration saline spray, this is the best bang for your buck that I can find
If you're looking for some saline to either help clear up that nasty cough or open those nasal passages, this will do it. Its low concentration makes it ideal for toddlers and works very well. It's as easy as dropping it into your nebulizer and letting it go. Each capsule is 5ml, so a typical nebulizer treatment size, so it's just 1 and done. While the removable tab to get into the capsules could be a lot easier to open, it's not so bad. If I have to deal with the tab to continue getting it at this price, then I'll gladly keep being annoyed by it. The value can't be beat. Read more
