This is just your typical vitamin D3. Nothing really exciting about them other than they do what they need to. A little bit overpriced per pill compared to most but I ran out so this was a good option. During the summer I don't have to typically take these because I am outside most of the day. These D3 vitamin supplements are easy to swallow and contain the needed 50mg needed for helping the body absorb calcium. If your calcium supplements do not contain D3, then you should add them to your daily intake. The reason why I lowered my rating to 3 stars is mainly due to price comparison. This brand is currently priced at $5.65 for only 30 softgels, which comes out to $0.19 each. It's very hard to review a supplement because we never really know if, or how, it's working. These seem like any other vitamin D supplement I've had. They're easy enough to swallow. Having 2000IU was important to me. You do get a decent number of softgels for a really low price. I think they're working fine, but I won't know unless/until my doctor wants to run the labs.
