I’ve been taking these for a few weeks, and they've been a good replacement to my normal drugtore vitamin D3 supplements! This is just your typical vitamin D3. Nothing really exciting about them other than they do what they need to. A little bit overpriced per pill compared to most but I ran out so this was a good option. During the summer I don't have to typically take these because I am outside most of the day. But with long wet winters I take them every year for several months. The quality seems to be intact and are easy to swallow due to the small size. Read more
These D3 vitamin supplements are easy to swallow and contain the needed 50mg needed for helping the body absorb calcium. If your calcium supplements do not contain D3, then you should add them to your daily intake. The reason why I lowered my rating to 3 stars is mainly due to price comparison. This brand is currently priced at $5.65 for only 30 softgels, which comes out to $0.19 each. A quick search on Amazon reveals that I could buy another brand that is currently priced at $5.85 for 180 softgels at 50 mg. which is only $0.02 each. Sorry, but Price Matters in today's economy. Straightforward D3 supplement with a cheerful label. 2000 IU is a solid dose for everyday use, especially during colder months. Capsules are small and easy to take. Labeling is simple, maybe too minimal, but gets the point across. Price usually fair for the amount. Helps with general mood and bone stuff. Read more
price per dose isnt great but since the price is so low it might be a good option if you want to try out a vitamin d supplement without a big initial investment. for 5 bucks you can get a month of testing it out to see the effects. these are small softgels and easy to take. other than for a cheap way to see if you benefit from them i would look elsewhere due to the price Read more
These seem to work as advertised. They are easy to take and don't leave an aftertaste when you swallow them. Unfortunately they are more expensive than the store with higher quantity though. Read more
It's very hard to review a supplement because we never really know if, or how, it's working. These seem like any other vitamin D supplement I've had. They're easy enough to swallow. Having 2000IU was important to me. You do get a decent number of softgels for a really low price. I think they're working fine, but I won't know unless/until my doctor wants to run the labs.
