A great hat!
This hat is a great value for the cost, and I've taken it with on several hikes. Loved that it came in a larger size! Material wise, it is very nice, packs well in a suitcase but also unfolds easily with no permanent wrinkles or bends. It's comfortable and lightweight in all weather. The neck flap was really useful on hot sunny days, and I love that it tucks neatly into a pocket under the rim so it won't get lost/misplaced. The next strap was essential in the wind and saved my hat on several occasions. Read more
Good sun hat
I like the head's lightweight breathable material. It's a bit tight for my head, but nevertheless, it's a decent-looking hat, and I like the detachable neck protector, and the drawstring is good as a locking button where you can press and release to adjust the drawstring. Read more
Good quality hat, very comfortable
It is a great hat overall the only 2 things I did not care for, the "removable" neck cover is not really removable it is sown in, there is a pocket you can tuck it into, however. The brim is not very stiff, it is a little floppy and does not hold its shape well. Overall though it is a good well-made hat, with the above exceptions. I just cut the neck cover off of mine. This hat has larger bill than the Columbia one I have and will give more up protection. The neck flap is annoying and can be removed if desired. Read more

Functional & stylish -- good UV protection.
Nice hat with not only a wide brim to keep sun off most of your face as well as both ears but also a flap in the back to keep those UV rays off your neck. The water resistance is good and the wide brim keeps rainwater out of my eyes. Good ventilation but rain can seep through the ventilated seam. Just a tradeoff. Overall a recommendable & stylish fishing/boonie hat. Read more
