Now that I’ve had this pillow for some months and I have tried it out, I can truly say it’s comfortable. I like how soft the quality of the pillow is. The design is ok because you have to really sink down in the tub to utilize the back as a headrest. It maybe the way my tub is because I can’t move the pillow up too far. The value is great for the money. I appreciate the shoulder support. It’s definitely water resistant, however it seems to stain easily. I don’t know if that’s because it’s white.
