I got the package at 6:22pm, and I took that picture at 7:20pm. So, less than an hour installed including the time for the silicone to dry before leak testing everything. The product itself is just as nice as any faucet fixture. Decent quality metal with a nice weight to it. Looks good installed, nice color, very seamless. Half the cost of hardware store fixtures. Added bonus for the supply lines being built in. Thats one less connection than with normal faucets. The lines are pretty long, longer than I needed but you can loop or make an 's' with the slack. All of the faucet components function as they should. The included instruction book has diagrams for you to make sure you're assembling everything correctly. The supply lines being connected directly to the handles means you have to ensure that it doesn't get twisted as you're tightening it to the water inlets (hold the supply line still as you tighten the nut, otherwise the entire line will twist with the nut). It does say and show pictures about this in the instructions. I think that's where most of the leaks people are experiencing is coming from. Read the book, take your time. Read more

Long story short - Buy your faucets from them Short story long - I don’t normally leave reviews for things I’ve purchased. I am inclined to in this situation. I received this faucet and installed it the same day I received it. Immediately I noticed the cold water had far less flow than the hot side. I thought maybe a clog in my cold valve. They looked pretty old so I went ahead and replaced both hot and cold valves at the wall. Cleared out all lines before hooking everything back up. Cold water was still far weaker than the hot. It was now I messaged the seller about my issue. I explained that I believed it was an issue with the valve inside the handle. They responded very quickly. They asked me a few questions and for photos or video of my issue. I sent it over and they again responded very quickly. They came to the same conclusion I did that the valve inside the handle seems to be the issue. They asked for my address and sent me out a new cold AND hot valve just in case. I received the new piece in only a couple of days. I replaced it (which is very simple with this faucet) and it worked perfectly. All this help was for a faucet that worked fine, it just had less flow and that bothered me. They didn’t argue, or suggest I accept it, or anything negative at all. It was a great and simple experience. The faucet looks great, it’s functional is smooth and easy. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Wasn’t planning on replacing my other faucets in my back bathroom, but I probably will to have them all similar and from a company that’s clearly willing to work for me should any issues arise.
