Bathroom Large Mirror 40x48 Inch Black Rectangle Beveled Edge Frame Wall Mirrors for Sink Thick Frame Brushed Black

I ordered this bathroom mirror because I was tired of seeing fake acrylic mirrors in stores aroun town. I wanted a real glass mirror. This one is not only that, but it is tempered glass--which means that if something should break the glass it will not fly out in all directions. It will shatter but remain in place protecting you from flying glass. I also wanted a frame that was suitable for a wet environment. An environment like a bathroom with a shower. This frame is made of aluminum alloy and claims to be waterproof and rustproof. I wish it was white, but I can work with black. I'm hanging it in a guest bathroom, and the size of 18 X 24 is perfect for above the sink. Note: The title above says its a beveled mirror. In actuality it is the frame that is beveled, not the mirror. However, it is still lovely. You can hang it horizontally or vertically, and it comes with the mounting screws. It was packaged really thoughtfully, The first layer was a styrafoam board above the glass. The glass was covered in a protective film to resist scratches. The metal frame had edge guards and the sturdy box had even sturdier heavy duty corner guards. Read more

Mirror was easy to install, the size was good enough for where I was able to place it. It was used to cover up a few holes in the wall after relocating a flat screen television. The frame feels solid and at the back there is a kind of sealant that holds the back in place so mirror also does not fall out. Considering the look, size, and sturdiness, it’s worth the price. I was very impressed with care of packaging as well and the added hardware that came with it. It looks great where it is now located and although does not make the space look bigger, it’s just enough to reflect some light and create a lighter space. Glass does not feel or look cheap. This black framed, 18x24 Inch rectangle mirror looks great and will add a nice touch to almost any space. It does require measuring properly since it doesn't hang in the middle like a picture would. Because we don't like to make holes in the walls and it's lightweight enough we will use command strips to hang this mirror. It's price point compared to other similar mirrors is average to high. For this reason and not loving how it hangs it gets 4 stars, otherwise it is a good looking mirror that will do the job. Read more

I have been updating some of the fixtures in my home and I knew that the sleek lines of this black mirror would help give my half bath a more contemporary look. When the mirror arrived I was pleased to see that it is sturdy and well made. The frame is metal, so the mirror has a little weight to it and I couldn’t see any gaps at the corner seams. I also found the black to be perfect finish (not too shiny or too dull!). The glass itself gives a true reflection without any distortion, and there is even a bead of black sealant around the back of the mirror to help prevent moisture getting to its backing. I also liked that this mirror arrived quickly and came with the necessary hardware and clear instructions for hanging it. The mirror was also very well packaged to help prevent any breakages and scratches during the shipping process. So I was planning on replacing the mirror on the top of the first picture with this one because it looks nicer and I'm trying to update everything. The mirror is currently covering a circuit breaker box and it hangs like a picture frame does where you just put a screw and then hang the bracket on it. This one is supposed to be held by screws in the wall and it goes over it like a keyhole and slides down in place holding it steady. Great for installation but it could make my insulation a little bit tricky. Mine arrived in pristine condition. The joints are great, no gaps and it looks really nice.
