It has fixed metal hangers on the back that slide onto the large head screws that are provided, which makes installation easy. The packaging was first rate with heavy-duty cardboard boxing, styrofoam and foam inserts, plastic corners, etc.. to keep everything in its place so it was in perfect condition when we received it.
