I am definitely a fan of this bath mat! It’s super well made and durable, and absorbs the water very well. Having two toddlers, small bath mats just don’t cut it anymore without having puddles all over the bathroom floor. That being said, the size is perfect and it fits my bathroom just right too. Another plus is it looks great in our bathroom, as it matches my decor and exceeded my expectations with just how nice it looks! Imagine this ..... walking out of your nice long hot shower after a long day at work and stepping out onto a super soft Chenille rug that feels like heaven when you step on it. Well one can only dream, The Soft Chenille rug does feel soft when you step barefoot on it especially after a long day at work where you were mostly standing and at this point anything feels nice then the hard floor at work. We have had the rug now for awhile with enough time to determine its worth from continuous daily use. It's not the best rug out there one that would really out perform this one would be out of our price range to afford. And so with that in mind we have come to enjoy its simplicity and durability especially after a couple of washes where we noticed that it gets fluffy again, smells fresh (of course) and renews some of that softness from when we first got it. Will it last a life time? I don't think so because what does these days unless you spent a mint on it and then you still wonder on the quality and it based on just a well know name rather then on what its actually made of and provides for you as its consumer. This rug has maintained its degree of usefulness thus far that is appropiate for what it is worth. It's unique to us because although it's described as black its has different shades of gray and black throughout the rug and even changes shades as you step on probably due to how it was made. So we like that aspect of it. It has been adequate and still provides what we need it for and for these reasons we accept and enjoy it ...for the now. We gave it four stars it has provided for us in use and we have had no issues with it. We have had many experiences with other non expensive rugs where they had literally aged with every wash we had put it through.
