The media could not be loaded. I finally got to put on my faucets. My son-in-law put them on for me. They are absolutely beautiful. I love the way they function the way they work absolutely amazing for the price now. I will say if you have a sink with a small hole, prepare yourself because none of them fit any of my sink. It was too wide. We had to go to Home Depot and purchase a special tool to drill the hole and make it bigger. They’re not built. I’m assuming for standard sinks or just maybe my sink but at the end it all worked out after spending another $20 on the bit that we needed to make the whole a little wider. Other than that everything went smoothly very easy to install no leaks my only complaints is that when you turn off your faucet water does stay I’m hoping that within time it won’t damage it, but I personally try and dry it out or take my finger and just empty it as much as I can. I felt when they made it. They should’ve tilted a little bit forward but since it’s so straight, Water does remain it does dry but eventually with a hard water, it might stain it within time I purchased two for each bathroom in different colors the water pressure is perfect. They’re very silent. They’re not noisy. I do not have the splattering issue that other people complain hopefully it should last me but other than that I’m super excited with it. Read more

You get what you pay for. Looks nice, cheap quality finish. Water stains that you can't remove. Sprung a leak after a year or so, due to someone falling on it and bending it. Couldn't find parts because i think it's a disposal type of faucet. I bought a different one from box store and it has much better finish and does not stain the finish. The media could not be loaded. Ordered 2 matte silver faucets to replace my old ones. They came packaged well with all hardware needed for install. The stopper valve was shorter than my previous, so had to get an extender. Installation was fairly simple with the instructions provided. No leaks. Only "issue" is that the faucet leaves a little bit of water on the end of the water ramp where the water comes out. Aside from that minor complaint it performs as expected. Read more

I ordered this to replace a similar pump style faucet that was about 15 years old. I only replaced because the cold side of my old faucet stopped working. While I’m sure I could have taken the old one apart and fixed it I decided for the price of this new one I couldn’t pass it up. It was super easy to replace and everything you need is included in the box. It looks amazing and as soon as I hooked up the supply lines and turned the water on it was go time! No leaks and I’m so excited! For the money I would absolutely buy it again! Read more
