These Chocolate Wafer Cookies weren't bad at all if you like chocolate, I preferred the Coconut ones the same except they were coconut flavored. These are crisp, good flavor, not dry, they do crumble a bit but who cares they are a low cost cookie ! The husband likes them, he eats them all in a couple of days for a snack in the evening with milk. I think they'd be better if they had more chocolate in the layers, there is more crisp layer than chocolate. They used to be better but still a good bargain. Read more

This is one of those snacks that’s just… fine. Not great, not awful. I really love the wafer texture itself, that light crisp bite is exactly what I want, and Bauducco does that part well. The problem is the chocolate. It’s pretty bland and lacks any real depth or richness. It doesn’t taste bad, it just tastes kind of empty. I keep coming back to this mostly because it’s hard to find anything better in this category around here. I’ve tried other wafer brands on Amazon, including Quadratini and even the lemon ones, and honestly they’re all in the same boat. Nothing really goes past a solid 3 stars. At least this one is consistent. It’s definitely not life-changing, not indulgent, and not something I’d crave. But for a quick, cheap wafer fix, it does the job.
