The product itself is very good. It helps soothe irritated eyes and brings comfort. Getting the bottle open is extremely frustrating. The plastic wrap around the cap is not perforated, and because the whole thing is very small, it's nearly impossible to open with just fingers. Once the plastic is finally off, removing the cap is yet another challenge. Read more
